All orders are bespoke and made to order. There is up to a 14 day turnaround time between an order being placed and the order being dispatched. Delivery times detailed below are from the dispatch date. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. This service provides full online tracking to enable you to keep track of the delivery progress. Our Standard Delivery option is a 2-4 day service from date of dispatch. You can upgrade to the Next Day Delivery service if you need your delivery faster. This will delivered to you the next working day after your order has been dispatched.

Free Delivery (Orders over £100 qualify for free Standard Delivery providing the weight does not exceed 5KG. Free shipping is not offered in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless clearly stated)

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, all non personalised/customised pictures can be refunded up to 14 days after your delivery date. If you chose to personalise your picture or chose a bespoke colour scheme we will be unable to refund your order due to the bespoke nature of our personalised pictures. In the event that your picture and or frame are delivered damaged, we will be happy to exchange your picture for a new one. In this event, please contact our team at kerry@stickerpix.co.uk with the email subject 'Exchange Request'.

In the event that you do need to send your picture back to us please email the Sticker Pix team at kerry@stickerpix.co.uk with the email subject 'Refund Request'. The Sticker Pix team will then arrange for your picture to be collected by our courier and start processing your refund.

 

Pictures that are sent back to us for refunds should be sent back in the condition you received them in. Please ensure that you package the pictures appropriately to return them to us, as we will not be able to issue refunds if we get them back damaged.
